No. Our fruit is all natural. No preservatives are ever added.

What are your delivery policies?
We are proud to share that freshfruit.com™ is powered by Edible® to deliver on quality and speed through our delivery service. Please note the following:
- Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- Most orders received before 1pm are able to be delivered the very next-day. Most orders received after 1pm are delivered the two days later.
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- You may be called to schedule your delivery or coordinate your delivery.
Where is my order?
Please check your inbox for your Order Confirmation email and select the "View Order" button to get the real-time status on your all-natural selections. If you have further questions, shoot us a note at hello@freshfruit.com and we'll be happy to help.
How do I change my address for delivery?

How do I subscribe and save?
All of our products can be hand-delivered straight to your door as a subscription, eliminating the hassle of multiple orders and giving you savings! To start a subscription, simply select your product and choose "Subscribe and Save" before adding to your cart.
Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your order, but we're here to help. If you would like to cancel a subscription order, simply login to your account and select "Manage subscriptions". To cancel one time orders or subscription orders that are set to deliver in the next 24 hours, please shoot us a note at hello@freshfruit.com so we can help.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging in to your account and selecting "Manage subscriptions". We also offer options to skip orders, swap products or pause for set periods of time which are all available for you to choose in your account, too. If you would like to make changes to your subscription order within 24 hours of your next delivery, please reach out to us at hello@freshfruit.com so we can help.
How can I increase or decrease my subscription delivery cadence?

I only want certain types of fruits. Can I make substitutions?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate substitutions at this time, but with the variety of fruit offered at freshfruit.com we are sure you will find something you love!
Do your products come into contact with nuts?
While none of our products contain nuts directly, we cannot guarantee that your order will not have come in contact with nuts or nut oil. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies.

You can reschedule your order at any time through your account. Simply login to your account and select "Reschedule" to choose your next delivery date. Please note that all future order dates will shift in alignment with your chosen delivery cadence (i.e. weekly, monthly). Can I increase the number of boxes in my subscription order?
Yes, you can increase the number of boxes in your order. Simply login to your account, select "Manage subscriptions", select the order you would like to change then follow the prompts to increase. Your selections may impact your subscription price and will be applied to all future orders. Can I change the frequency of my delivery subscription?
Yes! Simply login to your account, select "Manage subscriptions" and choose from the drop down of delivery options offered. Your selections may impact your subscription price and will be applied to all future orders.
